The new Grace Inertia series is an excellent solution for various applications, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machine wiring harnesses and control panels.” The improved structure of the GI 2.5 (with a 2.5mm pitch) reduces the insertion force by up to 59% during production line installation. It's also more compact, saving both material and space. The GI 3.3 (with a 3.3mm pitch) is specifically engineered to prevent any contact between the plug and socket contacts, reducing the risk of deformation due to improper insertion. Its elevated socket design makes it ideal for printed circuit boards that require water-repellent coatings, especially in washing machines and other waterproof applications. Both connectors are ergonomically designed with a barb-free dual-track contact system, which prevents terminal entanglement during crimping, enhancing both safety and efficiency. The GI 2.5 and GI 3.3 models come with five mounting positions and four color options, making it easier to identify and reducing the chances of misinsertion. They are compliant with IEC 60335-1 and meet the GWT750 standards, ensuring quality and reliability across a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
