- Companies with the same legal representative or mutual ownership cannot bid for the same tender section simultaneously. Violators will be considered as colluding bidders.
- If an applicant has engaged in any illegal activities related to China Southern Power Grid Corporation or similar entities, they will be excluded from participating in this project for a specified period, based on records of misconduct and relevant regulations.
