- Applicants with serious violations or breaches in the past three years, or those currently under a bidding restriction period by China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. or Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd.
- Companies with the same legal representative or interrelated ownership cannot participate in the same tender section simultaneously. Violations will result in disqualification.
- If the applicant or any affiliated entity has engaged in illegal activities with China Southern Power Grid Corporation or similar entities, they will be excluded from participating in this tender for a specified period, as per the "Measures for Disposal" and relevant records of misconduct.
