The 280-nanometer high-power deep-UV light-emitting chip developed by Qingdao Jiesheng Electric Co., Ltd. has a stable output of 176.6 mW and a voltage of only 5.8 volts under normal temperature and normal voltage and 1000 mA current continuous energization conditions.
