On November 30, Liard (300296) issued a notice stating that on August 13, 2015, Liard signed a "merger agreement" with Planar Systems, Inc., stipulating that the company will be newly established in the US state of Oregon through the Liard United States. For this transaction, the purchase price of each common stock of PLANAR is US$6.58, and the total purchase price is expected to be approximately US$156.8 million. The company and Liard USA will raise funds in accordance with the law to pay the entire purchase price in US dollars in cash.
