Additionally, the company avoids product conflicts with certain clients. **Continue to Expand COB Product R&D Investment** In the past two years, the demand for COB (Chip-on-Board) has grown rapidly, especially in high-end commercial lighting, where its penetration rate is steadily increasing. Outdoor lighting is also seeing a rise in COB adoption, prompting more manufacturers to enter the market. Zhaochi continues to invest heavily in new COB products. With improved packaging processes, COB’s high-temperature resistance and brightness have seen significant improvements. Orders for COB products have surged in the first half of the year. Tang said, “We’ve upgraded our COB products, adding high-quality models for specific lighting segments such as aquatic, clothing, home, fruits, and vegetables.” For high-end products, Zhaochi is focusing on optimizing light-emitting types and reducing the emitting area to improve light distribution. They also use precipitation processes to enhance quality, heat resistance, and reliability. In terms of cost-effectiveness, Zhaochi emphasizes large-scale production, aligning product parameters with real market needs. Their COB lamps achieve around 80lm/W, balancing quality and cost performance. Monthly sales of these COB products now reach between 3 million and 5 million units. **Improve Product Performance, Comprehensive Layout for CSP** After last year’s debate over CSP (Chip Scale Package) marketization, the first half of this year saw renewed interest following the transfer of CSP fluorescent film technology from a Japanese firm. Despite initial misunderstandings about CSP performance and usability, more companies are now designing products tailored to its characteristics. Zhaochi has adjusted its strategy to meet market demands. Currently, CSP energy-saving modules are widely used in backlighting and are expanding into general lighting applications. The performance of CSP products has been continuously improved. In the first half of this year, Zhaochi completed the development of new lighting products with various specifications, including CSP1111, CSP1313, CSP1515, and CSP1919. They also developed high-pressure CSP lighting products based on the CSP1313 specification.
