Nuvoton launches high-interference-resistant Cortex-M4F core MCU

Nuvoton Technology has launched a new series of highly anti-interference NuMicro® M451. The whole series is based on ARM® Cortex®-M4F. The specifications are based on the industry's wide voltage 2.5V~5.5V power supply and 5V I/O specifications. Reliability, providing industrial operating temperature, minimum -40 ° C, up to 105 ° C, full-temperature full-voltage high-precision internal RC oscillation 22.1184MHz +/- 2%, external 32.768KHz crystal can be automatically calibrated to full temperature error to less than +/- 0.25%, powerful to improve the system's anti-interference ability and fully meet the requirements of communication accuracy specifications, especially suitable for high-performance precision applications such as industrial control, automation systems, safety monitoring, automotive electronics, digital power supplies. Specially designed Voltage Adjustment Interface (VAI), the system can independently adjust the I/O voltage level (1.8V~5.5V), no need to adjust the interface voltage difference for peripheral components and add extra cost, and I/ O input design 5V tolerance capability, greatly improving system integration and stability.
