The phosphor market experienced a declining price in 2012 and formed a basic market structure. Up to now, the top 3 domestic market share rankings are: InterTech America, Research Rare Earth, and Taiwan Hongdae. These three companies occupy China. About 60% market share. The red phosphors successfully prepared by this research team are suitable for the excitation of blue chips. The luminous efficiency at room temperature is 98%, which is superior to most of the existing red phosphors, and has good fluorescence thermal stability. At the same time, the developed ion exchange preparation method has a simple process, can be prepared at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, and the raw material price is low, so it has a good market application prospect. The research has been published online in the internationally renowned "Nature Communications" magazine and has applied for two Chinese invention patents.
