The total investment of the four major projects exceeded 400 million yuan.

According to the company's plan, the implementation of the lighting LED-EMC product expansion project is Ningbo Ruikang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 200 million yuan, including fixed assets investment of 150 million yuan and working capital of 50 million yuan. . The project plans to produce 240 KK EMC products per month. The construction period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. In 2014, it reached 15%, and in 2015 it reached 75%. On June 30, 2016, it reached 100%.

The main body of the LED-LED filament product expansion project is Ningbo Ruikang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100 million yuan, including fixed assets investment of 80 million yuan and working capital of 20 million yuan. The project design capacity is monthly production of 30KK LED filament products. The construction period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. In 2014, it will reach 20%, and in 2015, it will reach 70%. On June 30, 2016, it will reach 100%.

Lighting LED - small and medium power LED expansion project implementation of the main body is Shanghai Ruifeng Photoelectric Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 90 million yuan, of which fixed assets investment: 72 million yuan, working capital of 18 million yuan. The project is designed to produce 700 KK medium and small power LED products per month. The construction period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. In 2014, it reached 15%, and in 2015 it reached 90%. On June 30, 2016, it reached 100%.

The main body of the full-color LED expansion project is Shanghai Ruifeng Photoelectric Co., Ltd. The investment of the project is 40 million yuan, including fixed assets investment: 33 million yuan and circulating fund of 7 million yuan. The project design capacity is monthly production of 80KK full color LED. The construction period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. During the construction period in 2014, it will reach 60% in 2015 and 100% on June 30, 2016.

Ruifeng Optoelectronics said that after the implementation of the above projects, it can effectively solve the problem of insufficient production capacity in the short-term, and at the same time effectively promote the company's development strategy, and gradually focus on the medium and large-size backlight LEDs and lighting LEDs to medium and large-sized backlights.
