According to calculations, a new round of measures to expand consumption of energy-saving appliances and other products is expected to boost consumer demand by 540 billion yuan, and realize annual energy savings of 11.7 million tons of standard coal.

Meiling will expand production capacity of 600,000 units in the field of environmental protection and energy-saving refrigerators and further expand Meiling's advantages in green environmental protection products. In June, Changhong Air-conditioning shut down its third-class energy efficiency products to ensure sufficient supply of Grade 1 energy efficiency products.
