"On the basis of the standardized light engine, as long as the driver and the casing are added as the luminaire, by using our patent--all-structure heat-dissipation design, the material cost can be effectively reduced by at least 20%-30% on the basis of quality assurance. Pu Yongming will actively seek cooperation with well-known brand companies, foreign trade companies and energy management companies at home and abroad, and strive to achieve sales targets of more than 200 million this year." Highlighting Industrial Design Based on Modularization Huapu Yongming can win the TIA Street Light Design Award, thanks to its self-developed LED standardized light engine module. "After the light engine module meets the technical requirements of street lamp waterproofing, heat dissipation, etc., as an ODM manufacturer, we focus on the product design. At present, Huapu Yongming has developed 6 sets of light engine modules for streetlights, tunnel lights, 20°, 40°, 60°, 90°, polarized light projections, based on different power wattages with different numbers of modules. It is understood that Huapu Yongming has completed the development of outdoor high-power LED lighting products, including street lights, tunnel lights, flood lights, industrial and mining lights, and the downlights, spotlights and fluorescent lamps in indoor lighting have also been developed. Due to the adoption of an integrated heat dissipation design route, the production cost can be effectively reduced by about 20%-30% through structural improvement without using a male mold, and some can even reach 50% or more.
In addition to module heat dissipation, Maple Yongming uses a thermal honeycomb heat dissipation design to break up the original heat sink into a single module by mimicking the heat dissipation principle of the honeycomb coal, and utilizes the air convection through the gap between the modules through the thermal honeycomb effect. Take away at least 20% of the heat from the fixture. At the same time, the module bracket, which was originally only used as a supporting function, is skillfully utilized to participate in the transfer of heat between the air.
Through a combination of materials and design, the product's cooling effect is taken to a new stage.
