"Micro-mode development"

In the development route, some companies have steadily expanded step by step. “Now many domestic companies say they want to buy 30, 50, and 100 MOCVD. It is a problem to be able to operate after buying. We think that the development of micro-mode is better. The current phase of the Inspur Huaguang plant in Weifang has been completed, and is now in the second phase. The third phase has been planned and the third phase will be launched during the year. "Our experience is the simultaneous development of personnel, equipment and technology. This is a very important thing. Because the LED technology content is very high, especially the extension part, the extension is the crystallization of technology plus art. The development of micro-mode is our advantage." Zheng Tiemin defined three periods for the development of Inspur Huaguang. The first is the development period, which has been completed; the second is the transition period, which is about to be completed; the third is the development period, and now the wave of Huaguang is about to enter the development period. On September 1, 2009, Inspur Huaguang entered large-scale production. In July of this year, Inspur Huaguang achieved a sales of 1100 KK for red light chips and 400 KK for sales of Blu-ray chips. It has already ranked second in the country in terms of scale. Inspur Huaguang plans to sell at the end of the year, the chip sales will reach 2000 KK / month.

In the sales share of Inspur Huaguang, the current red light chip is larger than the blue light chip. Zheng Tiemin estimates that the future market blue light will be greater than the red light, and the red light will not increase in number this year. The company's equipment and staffing are now focused on Blu-ray. The company's red light chip efficiency of 50lm / W, is the highest level in the country, sales are also the highest level.

Optimistic about laser TV

Semiconductor lighting is not a single-finger LED illumination. Zheng Tiemin believes that illumination using semiconductor devices can be called semiconductor illumination, including laser diodes (semiconductor lasers). Laser diodes are another of the current products of Inspur Huaguang.

"In December 2004, Inspur Huaguang has been making money, mainly because of laser diodes. Lasers have a good supporting effect on our LED development, so that enterprises have always maintained a healthy state. Next, we will vigorously develop laser TV." Zheng Tiemin said .

Inspur Huaguang is working with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop laser TV. "There are already several laser TV prototypes in China, and the demonstration effect is not bad. Like 3D TV, it is estimated that it will start to go to market after two or three years. At that time, the laser display module will be one of the leading products of Inspur Huaguang." Zheng Tiemin said .

Laser display is the third revolution of TV, the first generation is CRT, and the second generation is flat panel display. The laser display can be used in TVs, projectors and movie theaters. The laser display will greatly improve the clarity of the film.
