On the evening of October 12, Sony released the world’s first Internet TV based on the Google TV platform in New York. Users can easily surf the Internet and download various applications while watching HDTVs.
The new platform LCD TV is part of the Internet TV GT1 series. They will be available on the Sony's official website on October 16. On sale, it landed on Best Buy on October 24 and was priced at $599.99, $799.99, $999.99, and $1399.99, respectively.
