Huaneng Wuhan Power Generation Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Yangluo Power Plant) Condenser stainless steel pipe and air precleaner flushing project has already met the tendering conditions and it plans to invite public bidding for the project. Interested applicants are invited to participate in the quotation.

IV. Payment and Conditions
After completing the work stipulated in the contract and attaching the assessment result of the tenderee management department, the tenderee shall pay the contract price monthly according to the total contract price.
V. Applicant qualification requirements
5.1. The bidder shall be an enterprise legal person within the territory of the People's Republic of China that responds to bid invitations and participates in bidding competitions, and has the power to conclude contracts independently;
5.2 The bidder has the qualifications of a general taxpayer;
5.3. The bidder has the bidder to provide at least two similar 300MW 300MW or above coal-fired power plants of Huaneng Wuhan Power Generation Co., Ltd. with similar performance of stainless steel pipe and air precleaner flushing for at least three years (with performance contract), with good maintenance and repair Experience, no major liability accident occurred;
5.4 The bidder shall have qualifications for professional contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering at level 3 and above;
5.5. The bidder or its construction unit must have a safety production license and be within the validity period;
5.6. Bidder’s Commitment:
5.6.1. The financial status, including the financial statements audited by the economic society or the government in the past three years (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement) and the bank's valid reputation certificate.
5.6.2. The bidder has good bank credit and business reputation. He has not been ordered to suspend production, suspend business, or enter bankruptcy proceedings; the assets are not being reorganized or taken over, nor have the property been secured or enforced by the judicial authorities. During the period of the measures, there are no lawsuits and arbitrations that have been ordered to bear legal liabilities but have not been terminated, such as fraud, breach of contract, or infringement; they are not in the period of administrative punishment prohibited by the relevant authorities; there are no countries, industries, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries. 5.6.3. The bidder shall meet the bidder's requirements for the bidding documents, and shall not belong to any unqualified bidders who are corrupt or fraudulent as defined by the relevant national administrative department;
5.6.4. It is not allowed to use bids in the name of others to obtain qualifications, qualification certificates, etc. by means of transfer or lease. Not accepting the use of forged or altered licenses, providing false financial status or performance, providing false credit conditions or other fraudulent activities;
The above commitments must be true. If any fraud is found, they will be disqualified.
5.7 This tender does not accept the consortium bid and subcontracting is not allowed;
5.8. Bidders cannot participate in tenders as subcontractors of other bidders. Legal representatives are two or more legal persons of the same person. Parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries and holding companies are not allowed to participate in bidding for this project at the same time.
