I. Project Description:

Project location: Taiping Village, Shatangwan Town, Lengshuijiang City, Hunan Province. Contracting period: During the maintenance period for Unit #1 in 2017 and during the maintenance period for Unit 2 in 2018, respectively.

The scope of this tender is Datang Huayin Mining Co., Ltd. Jinzhushan Thermal Power Generation Branch #1 and #2 Unit ultra-low emission denitrification (SNCR+SCR) renovation project, adopting the EPC general contracting method. The main program is to increase the SNCR device (including ammonia injection system, ammonia storage system, transportation system, etc.), and when the NOx concentration of the boiler flue gas is 750mg/Nm3, to ensure that the SNCR outlet NOx concentration is less than 500mg/Nm3, the SNCR denitrification efficiency is not less than 35%. The existing SCR system will be modified to increase the reserve layer catalyst (without catalyst supply), and the flow field and ammonia injection of the SCR system will be optimized and modified to ensure that the NOx concentration in the boiler flue gas after the transformation of the denitration SCR+SNCR device is completed. When 750mg/Nm3, ensure that the NOx concentration at the outlet of the denitrator is less than 50mg/Nm3.
The scope of the tender includes: It mainly includes the installation of SNCR system devices to optimize the existing SCR system. Third, the bidder's qualification requirements:

3.2 The bidder has not cancelled any contract in any project contract in the past 3 years, or has been terminated due to his own reasons.
3.3 The Bidder shall have the Grade A design qualification of the Environmental Engineering (Air Pollution Prevention and Control Engineering) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China (can engage in the corresponding construction project general contracting business within the scope of the qualification certificate and project management and related technologies.
