Jingsheng Electromechanical signed a contract for the purchase and sale of equipment for 858 million yuan

On the evening of March 6th, Jingsheng Electromechanical Co., Ltd. announced that on January 12, 2018, it had signed equipment purchase and sales contracts with Inner Mongolia Zhonghuan Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhonghuan Photovoltaic"). These contracts involve the procurement of equipment for two key projects: the fourth phase of the silicon single crystal chip industrialization project and the fourth phase of the monocrystalline silicon material industrialization project for solar photovoltaic renewable energy cells. The first batch of equipment for both projects has now been ordered. The total contract value amounts to 858.24 million yuan, which is expected to represent approximately 44.04% of the company’s 2017 annual revenue. This significant deal highlights the strong confidence that Zhonghuan Photovoltaic has in Jingsheng's technology and product quality.
