The new national standard for water purification industry will be officially implemented in November 2018.

More and more families are now purchasing and installing water purifiers to ensure the safety of their drinking water. In China, there are currently over 5,000 brands in the water purification industry. However, the lack of clear industry regulations has led to a chaotic market with inconsistent product quality. This situation has raised concerns among consumers and hindered the industry's long-term growth. To address these issues, the Chinese government introduced the first mandatory national standard for the water purification industry. The GB34914-2017 "Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier Water Efficiency Limit Value and Water Efficiency Rating" was officially released in November 2017 and came into effect in November 2018. This standard aims to set strict guidelines on water efficiency, ensuring that only high-quality products can remain in the market. One of the key aspects of this new standard is the requirement that reverse osmosis water purifiers must have a minimum net water production rate of 35%. Products that fail to meet this threshold will be considered unqualified and removed from the market. This move is expected to eliminate low-efficiency, high-water-consumption units and promote the development of more advanced and environmentally friendly technologies. In addition to the new standard, the revised Standardization Law mandates that companies clearly state the names and numbers of both mandatory and recommended standards on their products. This law, which took effect on January 1, 2018, strengthens the enforcement of national standards and increases transparency for consumers. The introduction of these regulations has forced manufacturers to innovate and improve their products. Companies are now investing more in research and development to meet the higher performance requirements. As a result, the water purification industry is gradually moving toward a more regulated and professional direction. Consumers are beginning to regain confidence as the market becomes more transparent and reliable. With stricter standards and better oversight, the water purification sector is expected to grow in a healthier and more sustainable way. This change not only benefits users but also helps the industry evolve into a more trustworthy and competitive market.

Spring Terminal

Spring-type terminals are new types of spring-type terminals, which have been widely used in the world's electrical and electronic engineering industries: lighting, elevator control, instrumentation, power, chemistry, and automotive power.

If the terminal block is black, one of the possibilities is not necessarily burning black, oxidation may also be black. So how to verify whether it is burnt black? The method we take is to wipe it with a finger. If it can be wiped off, like soot, it is the black substance formed by oxidation, which can only be ground off with sandpaper or a file.
