This device is designed for quick and easy measurement of calcium oxide in cement without the need for traditional chemical methods. Here’s a brief guide on how to operate it:

1. Before using the instrument, make sure it is placed on a flat and stable surface.

2. Before placing the conical flask, manually lift the movable rod upwards. Then place the conical flask on the support, and slowly lower the rod back down. Ensure the condenser is properly connected to the flask.

3. Fill the water bucket to about three-quarters of its capacity, which is approximately 1500ml. To do this, use a screwdriver to unscrew the top cover, insert the bucket, add water, and then reattach the cover securely.

4. Once the power is turned on, you can press the [Heating], [Stir], or [Cool Down] buttons as needed. If you want to run the process automatically, first set the desired time, then press the [Start/Stop] button to begin the operation.
