The main background factor for the establishment of “Shenta†company is that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission are striving to reduce the investment waste and facilitate the access of site resources, and promote the continuous policy of building and sharing.
"Shenta" business scope:
Construction, maintenance and operation of towers; construction, maintenance, operation and maintenance of base station equipment for base station equipment rooms, power supply, air-conditioning facilities and indoor distribution systems.
In terms of pricing, the company will adopt the “three lows and one guarantee†strategy, that is, the price of the tower company is lower than that of the international similar companies, lower than the public price of the current market, lower than the price of the three interconnected, shared and shared, but to ensure Coverage costs.
With the issuance of TD-LTE and FDD-LTE licenses, China has entered the stage of large-scale construction of 4G base stations. The gap between the three major operators' 4G base stations has reached 6.7 million, and most of the new demand requirements were completed in the first half of the year. For the current tower of only 8,000 people, the pressure can be imagined.

Base station:
A base station is a radio transceiver station that transmits information to and from a mobile telephone terminal through a mobile communication switching center in a certain radio coverage area. Including transmission systems, power systems (power, monitoring, air conditioning, grounding) and base station equipment.
In 2015, more than 600,000 new 4G base stations will be built. The outdoor mobile base station rooms are usually unattended. In order to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the communication equipment, a computer room monitoring system is needed to realize the internal power of the equipment room. Equipment, air-conditioning equipment and environmental information collection, communication with the monitoring center to achieve remote monitoring, fault detection and send alarm information, control the internal temperature of the equipment room within a certain range, to achieve the computer room door control program.
The mobile base station computer room monitoring system uses ZLG Zhiyuan electronic M3352 core board as the main control platform. The system block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

Main functional requirements:
l Ethernet, the first network port is connected to the IP Camera for video capture, and the second Ethernet is used as the debug interface and standby.
l Serial port, docking the collection unit responsible for temperature and humidity acquisition, motion detection, and collision detection to achieve environmental information collection in the equipment room;
l USB interface, expand 4G module, realize 4G communication test, video and computer room environment data upload;
l TF card interface to expand large-capacity storage devices for local data record storage;
Design note:
l 4G communication module starts with power and data transmission process, power consumption is large, instantaneous current is too large, need to pay attention to USB power supply current design and circuit interface protection, to prevent voltage drop and current impact caused by system reset or crash;
l The base station equipment room is designed with a series of power supply support facilities such as high and low voltage power distribution, generator sets, UPS, inverters, and rectification power distribution equipment. The electromagnetic environment is relatively complex, and EMC protection design such as pulse group, conducted disturbance and static electricity needs to be strengthened.
