Asustek said that its notebook computers have performed steadily, with shipments of about 5 million units per month, but its tablet sales have been overwhelming. From sales of 800,000 units in the second quarter to 2.3 million units in the third quarter, It has turned many times.

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, David Chang said: “In the beginning, Nexus 7 sold only 500,000 units per month, followed by 600,700,000 units, and in the most recent month, its sales reached nearly 1 million. station."

It is understood that Asustek expects tablet PC sales will climb 13% in the fourth quarter, and shipments will reach 2.6 million units. By 2013, shipments will reach 10 million units. Although it is far from 1.4 million units sold in the third quarter of Apple’s iPad, this is a good start for Asustek.
