LED display circuit design in switching power supply

Overview: Research Overview LED switching power supply is a single-output AC-DC external power supply with grid voltage supply and rated voltage not exceeding 600V, while outdoor LED switching power supply is more harsh than indoor environment, so it is used for outdoor use. LED switching power supply is the focus of research and more representative. The LED display research uses a dot matrix display with a screen of 8×8, focusing on the dynamic processing method. Due to the limitations of the display screen, only English and numbers can be displayed in this research design. A basic LED screen consists of 8 LEDs with 8 rows × 8 columns. The display has two connections: common and common. Design Ideas For an LED display consisting of 8×8 dot matrix, the general data terminal is connected to the 8-bit parallel data port of the microprocessor, and the strobe terminal is enabled one by one (strobe) to select one that needs to be lit. One column, the dynamic display effect is realized by time division multiplexing. There are two general strobe modes: independent strobe and decode strobe. If the screen is small and the processor has enough I/O ports available, you can connect one strobe to each I/O port, as shown in Figure 1. If the screen is large, or the processor's I/O port is not Very rich, you can strobe by decoding, as shown in Figure 2. For example, when eight 8×8 dot matrix LEDs form an 8×128 dot matrix LED screen, the direct strobe mode requires 64 I/O ports, and the decoding strobe mode requires only six I/O ports.
